Reflect and Recover

February 27, 2020

You need to give yourself enough time to recover yourself.

You need to fix a timeslot in the busy schedule to reflect on the day.

What happened, what doesn't, what you did, what you didn't and many more.

Reflection at the end of the day is very important to cut out the chaos from life. To gain a clear understanding of yourself. It doesn't let you lose yourself between the crowd. It's the superpower.

It's the only way that can help you to understand the big picture, another you'll lose yourself in the busy schedule.

It's like removing the dust from clothes. It makes you feel relaxed.

It's like every habit that compounds itself over time. Bad or good doesn't matter.

Reflection done daily over a long time will reward you handsomely with a clear understanding of yourself and the big picture.

And when it's not done, chaos starts accumulating. The more it accumulates day by day, the harder it becomes to recover yourself and cut the chaos.

For the past few days, I was on the second side of the picture. But from today onwards, I've promised myself to fix a time slot in the day to just sit and reflect on what's going on.

What about you? On the first or second side of the picture?
